The last time we moved, we used a company that you pay per hour, 2 men (Laurel and Hardy) turned up with a van at 8am and by 4pm we were no where near finished. The whole family had to help in loading and unloading 5 vanloads of belongings until 8pm. The next day we realised that many of our belongings were damaged/demolished, I phoned the company over the next 3 days and got no answer, when they finally answered the only insurance they had was for "goods in transit" which means they only insured if the van gets stolen and not for accidental damage. Our repair and replace bill came to £4000!
Therefore, may I take this quick opportunity to thank Best Move Forward for making this move go so well and for making the day a pleasant experience! Your team were professional and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. I could certainly see the difference in using a professional removal company and in it worked out much better value for money with no breakages. We will recommend your company highly to all of our friends and hope that your business grows from strength to strength.
